1. You grant Bellevo Design a non-exclusive, unlimited, cost-free, global license to use all images to which you have responded with #mybellevo or otherwise agreed to as per the above. You consent to our use of your images and your name (including your username on the relevant platform) for marketing purposes across the aforementioned communication channels. Bellevo is not obligated to financially compensate you for using the images.
2. You have the right to license the images and have obtained permission from all individuals appearing in your images to do so.
3. You certify that your images do not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.

Please note that the license and these terms and conditions remain valid even if you delete your account, the images, or the hashtag. If you wish for us to stop using your images, you must terminate the license. To do so, contact us at support@bellevodesign.com or use the notification function associated with the images we have published on our site.
