At Bellevo Design, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our 14-day returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products and requesting refunds.

Returns
We strive to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please follow the steps below to return an item and request a refund.
Step 1: Review our Return Policy before initiating a return, to ensure that your item is eligible for return. Make sure you understand the conditions and time frame for returns.
Step 2: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or simply fill out our returns form below. You can reach us via email at support@bellevodesign.com or by simply starting a chat with us, from the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
Please provide the following information in your communication:
• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange
Step 3: Once your return request is approved, follow these steps to prepare your item for return:
• Repack the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
• Include Proof of Purchase: Make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Seal the Package: Securely seal the package to prevent any damage during transit.
Step 4: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Step 5: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria:
• Condition: The item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Packaging: The item should be in its original packaging.
• Documentation: Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Step 6: After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Approved Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Approved Exchange: If approved, we will ship the exchange item to you.
Step 7: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed or the exchange has been shipped.

Certain types of items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
• Personalized items: Any product that has been customized or personalized with specific requirements from the customer cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error attributable to the seller.
• Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash or credit.
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your parcel has been received by our team, it can take around 5-10 business days to process your return. We deal with returns in the order in which we’ve received them. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your refund once it has been processed. If you have not received a refund after 10 days of receiving the refund confirmation, please contact us at support@bellevodesign.com, or simply start a chat with us from the bottom right corner of your screen so we can look into it for you.
Customers from EU countries have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must inform us Bellevo Design (support@bellevodesign.com), of their decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
Effects of cancellation
If the customer cancels an order, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if the customer chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the customer. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
• 14 days after the day we receive back from the customer any goods supplied, or
• (if earlier) 14 days after the day the customer provides evidence that they have returned the goods, or
• If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about the customer's decision to cancel the order.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. The customer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is requested after our accepted time period. In such cases, Bellevo Design reserves the right to approve or deny these requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the customer may receive a refund in the form of a gift card or store credit, at our discretion.
