Delivery Methods

Shipping cost varies depending on your location and shipping options. The standard shipping is 6,95€ to majority of countries.
Our estimated delivery time consists of two parts:
• Processing Time: 1-7 business days. This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.
• Shipping Time: 3-20 business days. This is the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has been shipped.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Currently, we do not offer the option to schedule a specific delivery date and time. Deliveries are made within the estimated time frame mentioned above.

Yes, in some cases, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please check the shipping options available at checkout to see if expedited shipping is offered for your order.
If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time, it will automatically be sent back to us. Once your package is returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any additional fees. After that, you will be charged a fee of 19.90€ for the unclaimed shipment, which corresponds to the increased handling costs and shipping company fees. If you paid by account or invoice, the fee will be charged on your invoice. If you paid by card, the fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to your card.
Since we ship our products from different warehouses and also offer home delivery, you cannot pick up your package directly from us.
We have a large selection that includes both smaller and larger products. Some products are stored with our external suppliers and are shipped directly from their warehouses to you, while others are shipped from our own warehouses. The products may have different delivery times, and there may be volume restrictions on the package which is why it needs to be divided into multiple parts. Therefore, your order may arrive in different packages or deliveries.
