Returns & Refunds
The right to return is valid for 14 days from the day you received the product. You may open the package and examine the product, and return it if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
When returning the product, it must be unused, all tags must be intact, and it must be returned in its original packaging. If the outer packaging is damaged, you can pack it in another similar package, but ensure that the product is well protected during the return. If you have used or handled the product in a way that is not necessary for examining it, a depreciation deduction may be made. The deduction is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our return staff.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bellevodesign.com or by simply starting a chat with us from the bottom right corner of your screen. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
We offer free returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Yes, gifts can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please contact our customer service with the order details. We can offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund to the original payment method.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the wrong item.

If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time, it will automatically be sent back to us. Once your package is returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any additional fees. After that, you will be charged a fee of 19.90€ for the unclaimed shipment, which corresponds to the increased handling costs and shipping company fees. If you paid by account or invoice, the fee will be charged on your invoice. If you paid by card, the fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to your card.
